Your Petitioner O. Jensen
respectfully represents,
the for seven years last
past he has occupied a
dwelling house erected by him-
self at the foot of Wall St.
in said City,
That about three months ago
he was favored by the action
of your Honorable Body to move
from said building, it being
in said street;
That your petitioner is unable
to purchase land on which to
erect a dwelling, and can
lease no ground in a suitable
location;
That seventh street at the
junction of King Street with said
seventh street is not used for
the purpose of traffic the ground
being so broken that it is im-
possible for teams or horses to travel thereon
