Wherefore your petitioner prays
that he may be permitted by
your Honorable Body to erect a
suitable dwelling house for the
occupation of himself and
family in said Seventh Street
immediately north of to junction
with said King Street. and that
he may be permitted to occupy
the same uutil such time as
said Seventh Street may be granted
and opened to travel,
And as in duty bound your
petitioner will ever pray etc.
