Gentlemen,
Accompanying are two
communications from Mr. H. E. Kelsey
respecting damages claimed by him
to Lot 7, Block 9, Syndicate Addition by
reason of Earth from the grade of So. 14th
St. banking up against his house.
His first communication claiming $81.03
was withdrawn by him, and the second
one substituted claiming $300.--. The
two are transmitted for your action.
