Mr. President:

Your Committee on Police License and Revenue
to whom was referred petition requesting the passage
of an Ordinance licensing amusements
to be carried on and conducted in places
where liquors are sold or disposed of
beg to report in favor of such an ordinance
which would keep the places so to be reg-
ulated under proper control and restrained
said petition bearing the signatures of the
majority of the best business men of
our city.
