Remonstrance against Granting of License to Richard Pritchard

To the Hon. Mayor and Common Council of the City of Seattle; We, the undersigned owners of the property in the immediate vicinity of the location where Mr. Richard Pritchard desires a license for the sale of liquor at the east end of Jackson Street, hereby protest to Your Hon. Council against the granting of a license for the sale of liquor to the said Richard Pritchard or to any other person to be used at that place.
