Oct 14| The result of the ballots were as follows:
1890| Nine votes were cast for Geo H Heilbron Nine Votes
for W. V. Rhinehart and Nine Votes Against Luther
H Griffiths: The Prest declined the appointments
of Geo H. Heilbron and W V. Rhinehart Confirmed
and that of Luther H. Griffiths rejected!

The Mayor then presented the Name of
Capt W. H. Taylor for Confirmation rejected
by a vote of 5 to 4 —

The Mayor then presented the Name of
Jesse F. Cochran for Confirmation = Confirmed
by vote of 8 to 1

The Prest declared Jesse F. Cochran duly
elected

Miller moved that the nomination of
Heilbron Rhinehart and Cochran be made
unanimous = Carried

A Committee of 3 Consisting of Comden
Barton and Furry from the House of Delegate
presented a communication from that Body
to the effect that they were Organized and
ready for business and awaiting any communication
from the Board of Alderman!

asking for the appointment of Sergt at Arms
ordered read & tabled

The Prest appointed Messes Snyder Wilcox
and Wald a Committee of 3 to provide furniture
for the New Offices!
