B of A Bill No. 4
An Ordinance pertaining to the duties
of the Coporation Council was read
the 3rd time: Motion to amend by
striking out Section 3. Carried.
The bill was passed as amended
by vote of 9 to 1. Bogardus, Holbrook
Korn, Pontius Snyder Wald Wilcox
and Mr. President voting in favor and
Miller against the amendment.
Referred to the H of D for concurrent
action thereon.

B of A Bill No. 5
An Ordinance to prescribe the duties
of the Board of Public Works: read
third time and passed by full vote.
Referred to the H of D for concurrent
action thereon.

The report of the appraisers app-
ointed to lay off & extend Broadway as
a public thoroughfare as set forth
in Ordinance No. 1489 passed by the
Common Council August 30th 1890. Was
read recommending the work be
abandoned as the damages to property
would be erroneous. Ref. to Jud. Com.

Motion by Korn that the City Clerk be
instructed to furnish the Finance
Committee with a correct list of
all the property condemned for
City & Street improvements and the
names of the owners or agents of said
property to condemned and
