An Ordinance to provide for the payment
of the Rinehart Corner passed H of D on
its final passage by a vote of 12 to 1 and
referred to B of A for concurrent action thereon:
On motion the rules were suspended and
the bill read for the 3rd time and passed
by the following vote in favor Holbrook
Korn Miller Pontius Snyder Wald Wilcox
Mr. Prest: Against None: The bill was
signed by Prest. Hall Prest. Jones and His
Honor Mayor White and the clerk ordered
to publish the same.

B of A Bill No. 12
An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 1489
being An Ordinance to lay off extend and
establish Boardway was read 1st and 2nd time
with report of the Judiciary Committee on the
report of the appraisers in regard to Con-
demnation of property to extend Broadway
and referred back to the Judiciary Committee.

work done and material furnished by the Spring
Hill Water Co.
since the contract for the
purchase of the Spring Hill Water Co.'s
work and all its appliances and property
by the City of Seattle was read and laid
over until next meeting.
