Therefor that the Contract was to have been
completed on the 16th day of October last and
from that time there is a penalty attached
for each days delay in completion of Contract.
Your Committee therefor suggests that the
matter be referred to the Corporation Council
and to obtain his opinion as to what
action to adopt in the matter.
