Board of Aldermen of the City of Seattle 117 Sec. 8 Be it remembered thaat on this the 8th day 1890 of December, A.D. 1890, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Seattle met pursuant to adjournment in the New City Hall; The President Geo. W. Hall in the chair. At roll call the following members were present: to-wit: W. H. Bogardus. F. W. E. Holbrook A. S. Miller F. A. Pontius W. A. Snyder T. W. Wald F. N. Wilcox Mr. President Alderman Korn came in shortly after.
