I have a couple of formatting questions:
1. These pages have horizontal lines/rules drawn in. I did not include them due to formatting issues, so if they should be included, how would you like me to indicate them? I can edit the other pages within this grouping to represent them if so.
2. When names are listed within 2 columns, like in the page above, how should I represent that separation? The first transcriber of this page separated by several spaces; is that correct, or should I only have one space between names?

Thanks!
