Smith and Councilmen Thomas Clancy, John Collins, M. Densmore, Wm. A. Jennings, John Keenan, and Charles McDonald Thereupon the Council proceeds to the Equalization of said general assessment Roll for 1882, and the hearing of all complaints touching the same until adjournment. Jennings, John Keenan, and Charles McDonald Thereupon the Council proceeds with the examination and correction of the assessment Roll for the year of 1882. Ordered that the Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to cause written notices to be served by the City Marshall upon the following named persons informing them that the Council propose to increase their respective assessments and that they may appear on Monday May 15th 1882 at 7 1/2 PM to make known their objections thereto; Franenthal Bros, Schwabacher Bros & Co, Harrington & Smith, S.
