COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE
is hereby instructed to prohibit the firing of fire
crackers in dangerous places on July 4th 1882.
Ordered that the Celebration Committee be
granted permission to use James Street for a
pavillion on July 4th 1882.
Ordered that the Clerk be instructed to publish
notices of a general election on July 10th 1882 according
to law.
Ordered that the following named persons be
and they are hereby appointed to conduct said
election and that the following named places an
hereby designated as the places of holding said election,
