the same, & the said roll being now found to be correct &
equal in every particular It's ordered that the said ass-
essment roll as now corrected & equalized be declared to be
the assessment roll for the said Improvement under
Ordinance No 288
Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned

Chamber pursuant to law

ments. Laid on the table.
From H.G. Struve et al for the grading of Pine Street from
Front Street to the alley between Front & Second Streets. Referred
to the Committee on Streets and Street Improvements.
From August Hess against the removal of earth in Pine
Street
. Referred to the Committee on Streets and Street Improve-
ments.
From Roswell Scott et al asking for certain changes
