Consideration of Ordinances
And now the Council proceeds to reconsider Ordinance No
306. Thereupon after due consideration said Ordinance is
rejected upon the following vote to wit: In favor of adoption
none. In favor of rejection Cosper, Clancy, Gasch, McDonald
& Rasin
And now the Council proceeds to reconsider Ordinance
No_ to amend Section 2 & 3 of Ordinance No 246
thereupon after making certain amendments to said
Ordinance, the same is entitled as follows to wit: "An
Ordinance to amend section two(2) of Ordinance No 246
entitled "An Ordinance fixing the pay, fees, and Compensation
of the City Officers of the City of Seattle approved September
10, 1881" thereupon said ordinance is adopted upon the
following vote to wit: In favor of adoption Cosper, Clancy, Gasch, McDonald & Rasin. Against adoptioin none.
And now the Council proceeds to consider an ordinance
entitled "In relation to the obstruction of Streets and Sidewalks"
Thereupon the same is adopted the following ovet towit: In
favor of adoption, Cosper, Clancy, Gasch, McDonald & Rasin
Against adoption none.
And now the Council proceeds to consider an Ordinance
entitled "A Ordinance granting unto John Leary, his heirs, exec-
utors and assigns the right to lay water pipes within the City of Seattle" Thereupon the same is adopted upon the following vote
