COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE
Oct 13/82 Resolved that the uniform herein before prescribed shall be worn
by the whole Police force from and after November 15, 1882
Thereupon said resolution is adopted
Applications for Licenses received
From [[Geo W Walsh]] for a Grocery License Referred to the
Committee on Licenses and Revenue
From [[Wm Busha]] for Retail Liquor Referred to the Com-
mittee of Licensing and Revenue
From [[J C Nixon]] & Co. for a Wholesale license. Granted
& license ordered issued.
Claims Paid
The following claims having been duly audited by the Council
are ordered paid by Warrants drawn on the Funds & in the
amounts following To Wit:

[[J D Lowman]] Moneys pd Thos Moore license refused No 203 $45.00
[[John Collins]] freight on Fire Engine 204 $41.75
[[Frank Seidel]] Extra workmaking plat etc 205 $10.00
