Ordered that the Committee on Fire & Water have until next
meeting inwhich to report on the Ordinance establishing Water
Works.
Special Orders of the Day
And now the Council proceeds to equalize & correct the
Assessment Roll under Ordinance No 313 for the 7th Street
sidewalk; thereupon such equalization & correction being comple-
ted. It is ordered that said roll be declared to be the
assessment roll for such improvements.
And now the Council proceeds to equalize & correct the
assessment roll under Ordinance No 302, for the King Street
sidewalk; thereupon such equalization & correction being comple-
ted. It is ordered that said roll be declared to be the assessment
roll for such improvement.
And now the Council proceeds to equalize & correct the assessment
roll under ordinance No 304 for the Front Street Sidewalk;
thereupon such equalization & correction being completed. It is ordered
that said roll be declared to be the assessment roll for such improvements.
