Feb 2/83 Be it remembered that on this the 2d day of February
Common Council of the city of Seattle meets in its council chamber
pursuant to law.
The following officers are present to wit: Councilmen John
Collins, O F Cosper, Chas F Clancy, Fred Gasch, Charles
McDonald and G L Manning.
By reason of teh absence from the City of His Honor the Mayor
H G Struve, Councilman John Collins is elected to the position
of Acting Mayor to serve during such absence.
Thereupon the following proceedings are had:

the incline foot of Madison Street. Referred to the Committee
