of Jackson Street, and to provide for the condemnation of Real Estate
necessary therefor" After due consideration the same is adopted
upon the following vote to wit: In favor of adoption Cosper, Clancy,
Gasch, McDonald & Rasin. Against adoption none.
The Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "Defining the powers
and duties of Police Officers" After due consideration the same
is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption Cosper,
Clancy, Gasch, McDonald & Rasin. Against adoption none.
The Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "To provide for the
grading and Improvement of Jackson St" After due consideration
the same is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption
Cosper, Clancy, Gasch, McDonald & Rasin. Against adoption none.

grading and Improvement of South Third St" After due consideration the

and Improvement of Seneca Street" After due consideration the same
is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption Cosper,

15 of Ordinance No 383" After due consideration the same is adopted
