Unfinished Business And now the Council proceeds to consider the Report of the Street Committee on the grading of 4th Street; thereupon after due consideration it is Ordered that Fourth Street be graded and that Sidewalks be constructed on both sides of said Fourth Street from the South line of Seneca Street to the North line of Mill Street. And that the City Attorney be and he is hereby instructed to submit an Ordinance therefor. Adopted upon the following vote, towit: In favor of said order Cosper, Clancy, Gasch, McDonald and Rasin.
