Ordered that the Surveyor be & he is hereby instructed to examine the said premises & report to the council at next meeting the best & cheapest method of securing the cribbing abutting said premises & submit plans and specifications for the securing of the same. Ordered that the Surveyor be & he is hereby instructed to submit at next meeting a report as to the condition of the cribbing abutting the Colman Block on Front Street. Ordered that the Chief of Police be & he is hereby authorized to employ such additional Policemen for the 3rd & 4th of July as he deems necessary. Ordered that notices be published in all City papers prohibiting the firing of fire crackers on July 3d & 4th
