as follows, to wit:

Box drains per M B M [thousand board feet] $19.
R F Brooks & Co Earthwork per cu yd 38&3/4 cents
Sidewalks per M B M [thousand board feet] $16.75
Box drains per M B M [thousand board feet] $19.
S F Hoole & Co Earthwork per cu yd 40 cents
Cribbing per sq yd $3.50
Sidewalks per M B M [thousand board feet] $17.50
Box drains per M B M [thousand board feet] $21.
And now the Council proceeds to open and consider the
bids for the Improvement of Cherry Street under
Ordinance No 395, which bids are as follows,s towit:
H F Frahm & Co Earthwork per cu yd 30&1/2cents
Cribbing per sq yd $3.25
Sidewalks per M B M [thousand board feet] $17.
Box drains per M B M [thousand board feet] $20.
Grubbing & Clearing per acre $90.
R F Brooks & Co Earthwork per cu yd 29&1/4cents
Cribbing per sq yd $3.25
Sidewalks per M B M [thousand board feet] $17.
Box drains per M B M [thousand board feet] $19.
Grubbing & Clearing per acre $60.
Ordered that the Chief of Police be & he is hereby instructed
to remove all obstructions on Spring Street within 5 days
from date.
Ordered that the contract for the Improvement of South
3rd Street under Ord No 399 be awarded to Strong & Harkins on their bid
upon giving a bond in the sum of $3500.00.
Ordered that the Contract for the improvement of Cherry
Street under the Ordinance No 395 be awarded to R F Brooks
& Co ontheir bid upon giving a bond in the sum of 44500.00.
Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned
