Against the same Ranke, Wusthoff & Rasin. Ordered that the vote by which the order for retaining $500.00 from any Warrants issued or to be issued to Cummings by reason of thereof failure to enter into contracts for the Improvements of Cherry & South 3rd Streets be & the same is hereby reconsidered.
