From the Attorney submitting an Ordinance entitled "To provide
for the appointment of two additional night policemen." Thereupon
after due consideration the same is adopted upon the following
vote, to wit: In favor of adoption Clancy, Day, [Harris]], McDonald,
Rasin, Ranke & Wusthoff. Against adoption none.
From the Attorney submitting an Ordinance entitled "To provide
for the Grading and improvement of Battery Street" Laid over until
next meeting.
From the Attorney submitting an Ordinance entitled "To provide
for the grading and improvement of Jackson Street"

for construction of sidewalks upon the followingvote, to wit:

changing the grade of Fifth Street" Laid over until
next meeting
From the Attorney, submitting an Ordinance entitled "To provide
for changing the grade of Fourth Street", thereuponafter due consideration
the same is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adop-
tion Clancy, Day, [Harris]], McDonald, Rasin, Ranke
& Wusthoff. Against adoption none.
Miscellaneous
Ordered that the Committee of Three be appointed by His Honor
the Mayor for the purpose of submitting to the Council all necessary
amendments to the City Charter which are intended to be presented
