That the City construct a wharf or roadway 30 feet in width on the North
side of Jackson Street a distance of 110 feet in a Westerly direction from
the present end of the Bulkhead at the West end of said Street.

That the City construct a wharf or roadway 30 feet in width on the
South side of Washington St 100 feet in a westerly direction from the
West line of the alley in Block 2 of Maynard's plat in accordance
with grade.

That the Committee on Streets and Street Improvements be instructed
to make said imporvements and the necessary ordinance be drawn

Your Committee ask further time to report on the petition to wharf
pour in front of Block 2 and 3 Maynards Plat.

to submit an ordinance therefor.

that certain changes had bee made in plans. Adopted
Considration of Ordinances
The attorney submits as Ordinance entitiles "An ordinance to
establish the grade on a portion of Jackson Street", thereupon after due
consideration the same is adopted upon the folllowing vote, to wit: In favor
of adoption, Clancy, Day, Harris, McDonald, Ranke & Wusthoff. Against
adoption none.
The Judciary & Legislative Committee submit an Ordinance entitled "To
provide for the appointment of two additional noght Policemen", thereupon
after due consideration the same is adopted upon the folllowing vote, to wit: In favor of adoption, Clancy, Day, Harris, McDonald, Ranke &Wusthoff.
Against adoption none.
The Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to es-
tablish the grade on a portion of Battery Street', therupon after due consid-
eration the same is adopted upon the folllowing vote, to wit: In favor
of adoption, Clancy, Day, Harris, McDonald, Ranke & Wusthoff. Against adoption
none.
