From the Street Committee on the petition of C K Jenner et al for a
partial grade on Washington Street 9th to 12th recommending that
with the consent of G N Alexander the contractor on said Street, the
contract for the grading of said street be extended as the same rates
so as to embrace a grade of uniform width between 9th and 12th
Streets as prayed for by said petitioners and that the City Surveyor
be required to make estimated thereon, that the assessments for said
grade be is modified as to be in harmony with the extension of said
contract. Adopted
