Thereupon the folowing proceedings are had: Ordered that the call of the regular order of business be suspended with and the Council proceed to the Considerataion of C B No 57 to amend the Charter of the City ; thereupon the Council proceeds with the consideration of said bill; thereupon after amending the said bill save & except Section 37 which said section the Council upon a tie vote fail to agree upon the apportionment of the Councilmen from the First & Second Wards. It is ordered that the Mayor be & is hereby instructed to deliver said bill as amended to the members of the Legislature from this County. Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned.
