Ordered that the Surveyor be & is hereby instructed to survey Lake
Street & recommend grade elevations therefor.
Ordered that the Street Commissioner be & is hereby instructed to
remove all obstructions in Alley in Block 107 D. T. Dennys plat.
Ordered that the time for the completion of the Mill Street Sewer
be fixed at 35 days from the time of executing the Contract
