An Ordinance is submitted entitled "To provide for a Sewer in Battery
Street;" After due consideration said ordinance is adopted upon the
following vote, towit: In favor of adoption Clancy, Harris, Keenen, Northrup, Rasin & Wusthoff, against adoption none.
An Ordinance is submitted entitled "To regulate the construction and
removal of buildings within certain limits for the prevention of fires;"
After due consideration said Ordinance is adopted upon the following vote,
towit: In favor of adoption Clancy, Harris, Keenen, Northrup, Rasin &
Wusthoff, against adoption none.
An Ordinance is submitted entitled "To establish the grade for
Bell Street;" After due consideration said ordinance is adopted upon
the following vote, tonit: In favor of adoption Clancy, Harris, Keenen,
Northrup, Rasin & Wusthoff. Against adoption more.
An Ordinance is submitted entitled "An Ordinance enumerating and
providing for the punishment and abatement of nuisances;" After due con-
sideration said Ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, towit: In favor of adoption Clancy, Harris, Keenen, Northrup, Rasin & Wusthoff, against
adoption none.
An Ordinance is submitted entitled "An Ordinance appropriating funds
to be expended in improvement of the Beach Road" After due consideration
said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, towit: In favor

Ordered that the matter of 4th Street Grade be referred to City
Atty for report at next meeting
Ordered that theComtee on Fire & Water Supply be instructed to
introduce water supply into tank corner of Battery & 3rd Streets
Whereas now the Council stand now adjourned untilFriday evening April 25,1884
