Present, His Honor the Mayor H G Struve and Councilmen Thos Clancy, Geo W Harris, John Keenen, Chas McDonald,Otto Ranke, F W Wusthoff & U M Rasin And now a communcitation is rec'd from the Surveyor on the necessity of piling a foundation for Washington Street sewer & containing a statement of the cost of such piling Ordered that the communication be adopted & that the Contractors for Washington Street Sewer be & are hereby instructed to pile a foundation for same in accordance with said communication.
