The Cemetary Comtee submits an ORdinace entitled "An Ordinance
for the purpose of converting Seattle Cememtary into a Pubi Park" after
due consideration asid Ordinance is adopted upon the following vote

Ordered that a Warrant be drawn favor G Kellogg as Chief of
Fire Dept in the sum of $20.00 with which to purchase coal

And now the Council proceeds to elect the Chief Engineer
of the fire Dept as provided by ordinance No 536; thereupon
Wm Campbell is elected to fill said Office for the term provided by
law.
And now the coucil proceeds to examine & Equalized the assessment
Roll for Bell Street Improvement Grade Ordinance No 555; There-
upon after due examination the said Roll being found to be
Correct in every particular & no complaints having been made
as to any assessnent therein. It is ordered that said assess-
ment Rolls be & is hereby approved
