Ordered that licenses be issued as follows, towit:

Andrew Lumm & Co for Retail liquors for 3 months from July 26
Thos Kavanangh for Retail liquors for 3 months from July 24
O. P. Dahlquist for Retail liquors for 3 months from July 23
And now the Council proceeds to canvass the returns of the
Election held July 14, 1884 with the following result, towit:
