Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Sox & Yesler. Against adoption none.
The Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "In relation to Warrants
upon Special Fund for payment of Damages for Madison Street
Extension" After due consideration said Ordinance is adopted upon
the following vote to wit: In favor of adoption, Clancy, Frye, Harrington,
Northrup, Snyder, Sox & Yesler. Against adoption none.
The Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to amend
Section Four of Ordinance No499 and to repeal Ordinance No 514"
After due consideration said Ordinance is adopted upon the following vote
to wit: In favor of adoption, Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Sox
& Yesler. Against adoption none.
An Ordinnance is submitted entitled "To amend Section 7of
Ordinance No 397" After due consideration said Ordinance is
adopted upon the following vote to wit: In favor of adoption,
Frye, Northrup, Snyder, Sox & Yesler. Against adoption Clancy &
Harrington
2 Ordinances are submitted each being entitled "A Special Ordinance
appropriating money to pay audited bills" adopted upon the following
vote to wit: In favor of adoption, Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Sox & Yesler. Against adoption none.
Orderd that the Council Stand now adjourned until Monday
September 8, 1884 at 7&1/2 o'clock pm
