Claim of Spring Hill Water Co for fire plug referred to Fire
Comtee & Chief of Fire Dept to make recommendation
Ordinances
The attorney submits an Ordinance entitles "To porvide for the
grading and improvement of Jackson Street", After due consider-
ation said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, to wit:
In favor of adoption Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Sox,
Yesler, Latimer & Rinehart. Against adoption none.
The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "To provide for
the Construction of a sewer on Jackson Street', After due consideration
said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, to wit:In favor
of adoption Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Sox,Yesler,
Latimer & Rinehart. Against adoption none.
The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An ordinance to
provide for planking Commercial, Mill and Front Streets", after
due consideration said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote,
to wit:In favor of adoption Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder,
Sox, Yesler, Latimer & Rinehart. Against adoption none.
The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An ordinance to
levy a Speial tax for Cemetary and Park purposes", After due
consideration said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote,
to wit: In favor of adoption Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder,
Sox, Yesler, Latimer & Rinehart. Against adoption none.

priating money to pay audited bills" Adopted upon the following

the limits of the benefits and protection afforded by the contract for
the supply of water made with the Spring Hill Water Company",
