Ordered that the Clerk make all necessary correction in the
tax roll of D Roheff's petition

Ordered that the Clerk be & is hereby instructed to correct the
assessment of U A Carr as petitioned for by Edmund Carr
Webster D H Policeman
The motion is made to reinstate D H Websteras an Officer of the Police
Force. The motion is lost upon the following vote to wit: In favor of said
Motion Northrup & Snyder. Against the same Clancy, Frye, Harrington,
Latimer, Rinehart & Yesler
The motion is made to dismiss D H Webster from the Police Force
onthe ground of physical disablity In favor of said motion Clancy,
Frye, Harrington, Latimer, Rinehart, Snyder & Yesler. Against the same
Northrup.

Ordered that the matter of a rate of assessment to pay for Fifth Street
Grade be & is hereby laid on the table.
Main Street Planking
Ordered that the matter of considering the planking of Mian Street
to South 3rd Street and South 3rd Street to Jackson Street be & is hereby
orderedlaid on the table
