E A Turner reduced on Mortgage $200.
The matter of reducing Stetson & Post Mill Co assessment
referred to the City Atty.
The James Dougan Mortgage matter referred to the City-Atty
Thos Burke as Trustee to be assessed for a Mortgage $2000.
The Geo Misener matter is referred to the assessor
Edwin Ells to be assessed for a note $750.
F J Burns to be assessed for a Mortgage $200.
Dr O G Root to be notified that his assessment is to be
increased.
The petition of Jas D Lowman to reduce his assessment is denied
Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned until Friday
May 23 1885 at 8 o'clock pm

Be it remembered that on this the 23rd day of May 1885 the Common
Council of the City of Seattle meets in the Council Chamber pursuant
to adjournment
The following Officers are present towit: Council Geo F Frye,
H L Yesler, W G Latimer & S D Crockett
No quorum being present, the council adjourned until Monday
Mat 25th 1885 at 8 o'clock pm
