Be it remembered that on this the 3rd day of July 1885 the
Common Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council
chamber pursuant to law.

From the Seattle Gas Light Co for permission to grade Sixth
Street fronting Lots 5 & 6 Blk 28 Maynard's in lieu of
any future grade assessment fronting said property. Granted
From Geo Probst et al for opening Mill Street between 3rd
& 9th Streets. Referred to Street Comtee.
From James Park et al for a sidewalk on Mill Street. Referred
to Street Comtee.
