JOURNALS OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE
Ordered that the resignation of W V Rinehart as Councilman
from the First Ward be & is hereby accepted.
And now the Council proceeds to fill the vacancy caused by
the resignation of W V Rinehart as Councilman from the First
Ward, whereupon G W Young receiving all the votes ofthe
Councilmen present is duly declared elected to fill said vacancy
for the term provided by law. Thereupon said G W Young appears, files
his osth of office & takes his seat.
Ordered that the resignation of Alfred Snyder as Councilman
from the Second Ward be & is hereby accepted.
And now the Council proceeds to fill the vacancy caused by the
resignation of Alfred Snyder as councilman from the Second
Ward, Whereupon Charles McDonald receiving all the votes of
the Councilmen present is duly declared elected to fill said vacancy
for the term provided by law.
Ordered that the resignation of Walter Graham as councilman
for the Third Ward be taken from the table & Considered
Ordered that the resignation of Walter Graham as councilman
from the Third Ward be & is hereby accepted.
And now the Counil proceeds to fill the vacancy caused by the
resignation of Walter Graham as Councilman from the Third Ward;
whereupon J Furth receiving all the votes of teh Councilmen present
is duly declared elected to fill said vacancy for the term provided
by law. Thereupon said J Furth appears files his oath of office
& takes his seat.
And now His Honor the MAyor designates the Committees of the
Council and the membership thereof as follows:
