And now the Council proceeds to open the bids for furnishing
the City Thirty stone monuments for government Corners, when
the following bids were received to wit: Evans & Co. $2.25
each. H M Wright 75 cents each. whereupon the Contract is
awarded to H M Wright and the proper contract ordered drawn
A plat is presented to the Council entitled " Supplemental Plat
of Blocks 44 & 58 Burkes Second Addition to the City of Seattle
"
by Eshelman & Llewyllen and onmotionis approved.
Ordered that the Councildonow adjourn.

Be it remembered that on this 6th day of November 1885 the
Common Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council
Chambe pursuant to law; the Following officers are present
to wit: His Honor the Mayor Henry L Yesler and Councilmen
R H Calligan, J Furth, Geo Hall, W A Harrington, Jno Keenen,
T W Lake, Chas McDonald, J J Post & G W Young. When the
following proceedings were had to wit:
