Granted and Street Commissioner ordered to require the said repairs and planking to be done. Remonstrance of J W VanBrocklin et al against the construction of elevated sidewalk on Mill St between 4th & 5th Sts. was read and on motion the Street Comittee requested to examine into and report uopn the matter of the Mill Street sidewalk at the next regular meeting.
