recommending that no action be taken in the matter
at present, on motion the report is adopted.
From same Committee on the petition of O J Carr et al
for drain on Blanchard Street, recommending that
the Street Commission be instructed to construct
either all open ditch or a box drain as in his
judgement will best accomplish the desierd object
on motion the report is adopted.

for a sewer on 2d street. on motion the
matter is referred back to the sewer committee

W Crane
for reimbursement of purchase money at tax
sale on property doubly assessed, recommending
that petition be granted and petitioner allowed
the sum of $16.00. On motion the report is adopted
and warrant ordered drawn in accordance therewith
