JOURNAL OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE

An ordinance is submitted to the clerk
entitled "A Special Ordinance Appropriating
Money to pay Audited bills" which is
passed by the following vote: In favor of
the same Coulter, Furth, Frink, Green,
Hinckley, Russell and Reitze Against None.
Ordered that the Council do now adjourn,
attest. W. R. Forrest Clerk
W. H. Shoudy Mayor.

Be it remembered that on this 5th day of Nov 1886
the Common Council of the City of Seattle meets
in its Council Chamber pursuant to law. The
following officers are present to wit: Mayor Shoudy
and Councilmen Furth, Hinckley, Russell and ]]Reitze]].
There not being a quorum present it is ordered
that Council adjourn until tomorrow evening

read and approved.
