Committee has examined the same and recommending

J H Kenyon et al calling attention to crossing at the
intersection of Front & Madison Streets - recommending
that a new crossing be placed in the place of the
present crossing and that the same be raised so that
it shall be 18 inches above the old crossing in the
center on the lower side, and that the slope of the
new crossing shall be made to conform to the
