COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE

Seventh Street
The City Surveyor submits plans and specifica-
tions for Seventh Street Improvement which are
referred to the Street Committee and after Examin-
ation the same are returned by the Committee with
the recommendation that they be adopted and approved.
Whereupon it is ordered that the said plans and
specifications be and they are thereby approved and adopted.
Ordinances
An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance to establish the grade of Valley
Street
in the City of Seattle" which is passed
by the following vote: Ayes Frink, Green, Hinckley
Lake, Russell & Reitze Nays None.
An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance establishing the grade ofSeventh
Street
from Madison to Battery Street in the City
of Seattle" which is passed by the following vote, viz:
Ayes Frink, Green, Hinckley, Lake, Russell & Reitze
Noes None.
An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance to provide for the grading of Seventh
Street
between Madison Street and Battery Street" which
is passed by the following vote, viz: In favor of the
same, Frink, Green, Hinckley, Lake, Russell
and Reitze Against the same None.
An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance relating to Bill posting" which is
passed by the following vote: Ayes Frink, Green,
Hinckley, Lake, Russell & Reitze Noes None.
An Ordinance is submitted by the City Clerk en-
titled "A Special Ordinance appropriating money to
