COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE
Jun 13 1887
by the council is passed by the following vote, to wit:
In favor of the same Furth, Frink, Green, Lake,
Russell & Reitze. Against the same Hinckley
An Ordinance is submitted by the Clerk entitled "A
Special Ordinance appropriating money to pay audited
bills" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes
Furth, Frink, Green, Hinckley, Lake, Russell & Reitze. Noes none.
Ordered that the Council do now adjourn

Be it remembered that this 17th day of June
1887 the Common Council of the City of Seattle
meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to law. The
folowing officers are present, viz: Mayor Shoudy and
Councilmen Frink, Hinckley, Lake, Russell & Reitze.
The inutes of the last meeting were read and ap-
proved and thereafter the following proceedings
are had to wit:
Petitions etc.
Petition of G L Manning for permission to build a
porch in front of his store on Columbia Street Referred to St Com.
Petition of Andrew Castro for permission to build a fish
stand at the foot of Columbia Street. Referred to St. Com
Petition of Thomas Clancy to have the sum of $56.17
refunded him on account of unexpired term of license.
Referred to Com, on License & Revenue and upon exam-
ination reported upon bythe Committee recommending that
the petition be refected. Report adopted & petition rejected.
