The motion is carried by the following vote:
Yeas: Furth Lake Moran Green and Russell
Nays: Reitze and Neisz
On motion the matter of letting contract for lumber
is left open until next meeting, and in the mean
time the Street Committee is instructedd to purchase
where it may think best.
On motion of Councilman Lake the action of the
Council in granting the petition of Kaufmann and
others for the privilege of building sidewalks in
front of their properties along Seventh St is
rescinded and such petition rejected.
On motion Councilman Furth, Councilman
Neisz is appointed committee of one to report at
next meeting upon the advisibility of changing
the present system of street numbering.
Ordered that the Council do now adjourn
