From City Attorney on the petitions of Moses
Keezer
and James Parke as follows: In the
matter of the petitions of James Parke and Moses
Keezer]] in regard to their assessments on the Mill
Street
grade I do not deem it advisible in
the present state of the assessment to make
the change they desire & would therefore recom-
mend that their petition be denied. Adopted.
