An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance providing Harbor Rules and Regulations
for the Harbor of the city of Seattle" which is passed
by the following vote: In favor of same Frink,
Green, Lake, Moran, Niesz, Russell & Reitze against
the same none.

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled "An Ordinance
to restrain and regulate the discharge of ballast and other material
in the waters of Elliott's Bay" which is passed by the following
vote viz: ayes Frink, Green, Lake, Moran, Niesz, Russell & Reitze
noes none.

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance regulating the landing of freight and
property on the wharves slips and inclines of the City
of Seattle and fixing the rates of wharfage thereon"
which is passed by the following vote: In favor of
same Frink, Green, Lake, Moran, Niesz, Russell & Reitze against the same none.

"An Ordinance to License tax and reglate pawn brokers
and the business of pawn Broking" which is passed
by the following vote: In favor of same Frink, Green,

"An Ordinance authorizzing and directing the transfer of
the sum of seven thousand (7000) dollars from the
General City Fund to the Road Fund of the City of
Seattle, and five thousand (5000) dollars fromthe
General City Fund to the fire Fund of the City of Seattle"
which is passed by the following vote viz: AyesFrink,
