An Ordinance submitted by the City Atty entitled
"An ordinance to locate and establish a public street
extending from a point on the line of South Second Street
produced where the dame intersects the north line of
Charles Street to the enter line of Section 17 Township
24 North Range 4 East in the City of Seattle
Passed by the following vote in favor Furth, Frink, Green,
Moran, Niesz & Russell against none.
Ordered that the City Surveyor submit [lans and
specification and the Clerk directed to advertise for
bids for building wharves on Commercial and
South Second Streets.
Ordered that the Street Committee be instructed to present
a feasible plan for opening West Street south to
Union St, also opening the alley west of Front Street
from that point south.
Plat of Mountain View Addition to the City of
Seattle approved
On motion the plat of Rutland is rejected.
Ordered that the Council donow adjourn
