From Committee on Sewers and Drainage granting
petition of Alfred Snyder for a box drain on James
Street
between Eleventh & Twelfth Streets. Adopted.
From Committee on Public Buildings and Grounds
accepting donation of H H Dearborn & Co of Lot 2 Somerville
for a Public Park. Accepted and thanks of the Council
on behalf of the City tendered the donors.
From Judiciary Committee rejecting application of D Kauff-
man
for correction of assessment of Kauffman Addition.
Adopted.
